Our team of professional photographers will take care of shooting and retouching. All retouched photo will be awaiting for you at your store admin section.

We will mail your product back to address provided. All delivery cost will be responsible by you.

Free of charge! Our professional photographer will do everything for you, all you have to do is send us your products and responsible for all delivery fee.
We will send your products back via EMS. The cost will be according to ThaiPost +THB70 operating fee.

It depends on your package. If you are using Free package, we will take for free of charge at 5 items, Basic package 30 items, Professional and Platinum package for 300 items.
You allow to use the photos only on your online shop powered by BentoWeb and on your social networks.
- We do not allow you to use them on any offline or online distribution.
- Any reproduction or modification is not allow under Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). For more information: http://goo.gl/g7rqMo
No more than 10 items/time.
For Basic, Professional and Platinum package, we will take up to 4 pictures per product. For Free package only 1 picture per product. Number of photos will subject to the product itself.
After receiving your products, we will try to finish everything within 7 working days.
BentoWeb will not accept illegal, dangerous, valuable, breakable, perishable or goods weight more than 20 kgs or any products that ThaiPost does not accept.
The photo will be taken with white background.
